2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Tuesday 16 May, 6.30pm.
Our AGM is scheduled on 16.05.23 at Royal South Yarra Tennis Club beginning at 6.30pm.
The MBRA formal AGM will be held from 6.30 - 7.00pm with all reports and financials being posted on our website 48 hours prior to the meeting. We will ensure that all our statutory requirements will be met as per the MBRA Rules of Association.
We encourage all our members to arrive by 6.15pm and be represented at this meeting.
This year the meeting is being held at Royal South Yarra Tennis Club it is necessary for all who plan to attend to pre-register for free to gain access to the meeting via Try Booking.
